Another day, another Europa Cup race. It was a great day for it. The hill was busy, as you might expect on a sunny day, but by and large the Saturday skiers ignored the race. Which is a shame really, as it was full on skiing.
Last night, it snowed a little, just to show it can (we were beginning to doubt it would ever snow again). It was as cold as you might want this morning. The snow guns were working full tilt and despite everything, the skiing remains pretty good.
This evening, a friend came round for dinner. I seem to be writing those words quite often at the moment, but you have to meet up with people when you can.
Skiline is behind the curve this evening, so the day’s results are held over until tomorrow.
