This morning the queue at the cable car was at least as long as yesterday. However, at Mannlichen there was an immediate feeling of calmness to the day. The snow was in good condition, the sky was blue, the sun was that bit higher in the sky then any day previously this season and the wind was slight. It was cold, but not bitingly so. All in all, it felt a good day to be on the mountain.

Some of the European holidays ended today and by early afternoon many skiers had gone back to the village to pack their bags. It was a quiet afternoon on Wixi, with a great run on the racecourse to Innerwengen to end the day.
Skiline continues to operate at a snail’s pace. Yesterday’s skiing amounted to 9,581 vertical metres in 21 lift rides and 54 kilometres travelled. Today’s figures are as yet unknown.
