I was away quite early this morning and straight on to the cable car without waiting at all. It is amazing the difference it makes leaving home twenty minutes earlier than usual.
It was a spectacularly beautiful morning; sunny, colder than yesterday and with a slight haze to the blue sky. The snow was in great condition, helped by a cool breeze which picked up as the morning progressed.
It was a great skiing day. Busy at times, but never overcrowded. It must be in the running for the best skiing day to date for the season.
Yesterday brought 10,795 vertical metres in 23 lift rides and 58 kilometres travelled. Today’s figure are still in the Skiline system.
